In the following seasons, she was a part of the Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. This character was a hit and earned De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, she won the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments after. She was Marisol Deko as the husband of David Caruso's Horatio. Her most current TV work was on NBC's somewhat dramatic dark drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The series was cancelled after two short episodes.
