Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is an Afghani lady born of a Russian father as well as a Hindu Indian mother. She speaks fluent German, Russian, English as well as French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru was born to an Indian father as well as mother of a Russian mother. At the age of 11, Annet Mahendru choreographed and performed a dance that earned her a German television appearance. The show was a Russian snow girl who transformed into a fun Indian dancer. After high school, she graduated with a bachelor's diploma from the Department of English from New York. She took classes in acting in the HB Studios. However, she moved on to pursue improvised comedy at The Groundlings School. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru, and the Russian mother Olga. When she was 13, her parents divorced and they moved her from Kabul Afghanistan, to East Meadow New York. Keri Russell as well as Matthew Rhys star in FX's The Americans. The role she played on FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is perhaps her most memorable television performance. She is known for her frequent appearances on The Following on Fox, The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
